At ADR Jesse & Frichtel, Inc., our commitment to you is to deliver the highest quality laboratory restorations in the industry. Our technicians are trained by world-class master technicians and our quality control department is managed by a former U.S. FDA Medical Device Investigator. We provide top quality laminate veneers, crown and bridge, implants, and metal free restorations. The morphology and anatomy of tooth, framework design, and aesthetics are designed using high quality materials with cutting edge equipment and technologies.

We provide free pick-up and delivery services on a daily basis. Where local pickup and delivery are not available, we provide overnight shipping label free of charge.

We would like to introduce you to the northeast's highest quality full service lab. Sven, Oliver, Olaf and Ralph are our German masters; Kyle is our Korean master. They together with the rest of our staff allow us to offer our Dentists predictable high quality fixed and removable restorations.

Our removable Prosthodontic lab is focused on creating aesthetic and functional dentures and partials while reducing the Dentists chair time. Ralph's experience allows us to offer exciting yet predictable restorations that include implant, precision attachment, telescopic and overdenture options rarely if ever seen in the U.S. but time tested in Europe.

TIME SCHEDULE

Before we started this business we surveyed over 75 Doctors as to what they wanted to see in a dental lab. Almost everyone of them said quality and consistency would be at the top of their list. They stated this was one of the main causes of office stress, it cost them confidence with their patients, and it cost them money in the form of chair time and referrals.

We took to heart what they said. Consistency is why we do the same amount of work every day. For this reason please allow a minimum of 10 working days to complete normal cases. If it is an implant case, provide 13 in-lab days. If you pre-schedule patients, we ask that you note the return date to be 1 day prior to the patient's appointment.

If any questions or issues arise that may cause a delay, you will be called within 3 business days of us receiving the case. This will give you plenty of time to make an informed decision.
