Welcome to Jesse & Frichtel Dental Labs. We are please that you have expressed interest in our services.

We aspire to achieve one goal:

To further understand and satisfy the needs of dentists and their clients establishing a partnership. On this page, you will find information about our spectacular services and products.

After reviewing the material, we are confident you will realize how simple it is to do business with us!

At Jesse & Frichtel we understand how difficult it is to trust a laboratory with your work. This is the very reason our dedicated team of highly trained professionals treat your cases as if they were “our very own.

When you do business with Jesse & Frichtel we send you two types of RX forms:

  • The Black & White forms are for the Jesse & Frichtel customized products.

  • The Green & White forms are for the J&F International high quality, lower cost, quick turn alternative.

Please use the appropriate form when choosing your service.

Jesse & Frichtel / J&F International provides free pick-up and delivery of all your cases:

  • Driver pick-up in our service area.

  • Pre-stamped mail bags outside our service area. We provide free boxes and packing materials as well. Simply put your cases in the mail bag and deliver to your nearest Mail Box.

  • All deliveries are made via UPS Time Definite Services.

Shipping Cases:

  • No minimum cases per box. Include as many cases as you like in each shipping box.

  • No Weight limitations.

  • We accept impressions made from polyether, rubber-based, and/or silicone type materials.

  • Please send a study model for cases involving anterior teeth. Bite references are encouraged made of materials not subject to distortion due to weather conditions or inappropriate handling.

  • Trays and metal articulators should be marked so they may be returned.

  • Please always reference which shading system you are using.

Procedure for RX:

  • Fill in the name of the dentist and patient as well as date that you are sending the case, the delivery date by 5:00PM you require the date back and the number of units.

Make sure you mark:

  • What you want (PFM, FMC, try-in etc).

  • Type of metal: gold or non precious.

  • Shade

  • Design: For all units make sure you mark just one design.

  • Make sure to include any details if needed such as : rests, porcelain butt margins.etc and write what unit is the one that is required.

  • Make sure you include the unit number next to all instructions.

  • Write any specific instructions that might be helpful when doing your case.

  • Please make sure you send us the top white copy of the RX.

Next day repair and re-line service.

A call for a pick-up must be made to our lab by 12:00PM to have case delivered by 4:00PM the very next day.

***NOTE*** TO SCHEDULE YOUR PATIENTS, USE THE FOLLOWING FORMULA:

  • (Day a case is sent) + (# of lab days) + (day to be delivered) = (total time to return a case)
  • Shippers: Add time for delivery to & from the lab.
